This game was made in 48h during the Kenney Game Jam 2024 - Theme: Connection. Rules: only using assets from Kenney's.

Asset packs used:  Cursor pixel pack, Pixel shmupKenney fonts

GAMEPLAY

Tetra-ship is a bullet hell game where you control a ship able to link to other modules to become more powerfull. Be wary, if you get hit you will lose your last linked module. You will need all the ones you can find to face the final challenge.


CONTROLS

WASD - to Move               Mouse - to Aim               P - to Pause


MODULES

Structure Module - a simple module to give you more space to place other modules

Energy Shield - protects you from bullets, after getting hit it deactivates for a few seconds

Cannon Module - Standard gun that comes in different number and shape configurations

Railgun - shoots slower but bullets can penetrate multiple enemies, also ignore your ship collisions

Flak Rocket Luncher - shoots a small rocket that at impact deals damage in an area, destroying enemy and bullets

Shotgun - a very unpredictable weapon that shoots numerous pellets very unprecisly, good at short range

Heavy Machinegun - shoots a lot, but like really a lot, it's op but rare

So funny, very well done!

It's an amazing game.

Simple and addictive. Huge possibilities to expand this project. Hope in future updates from developers. 

We are actually planning to make a "sequel", with our own custom made assets and with a better and scalable code, who knows maybe that will be our first game on Steam! :)
